Firstly I used the stamp tool to remove the hair and replace the skin and top from where I had removed areas of the photograph, I then used crop tool and I cropped the photograph.
This was so that it wouldn't look too obvious that I had removed the hair and so that the photograph looked more zoomed in.
Step One

Step Two

Secondly, I turned the photograph to black and white and then altered the colour tones to adjust the shadows and highlights.
Turning the image black and white highlighted the texture a lot more and highlighted most areas of the photograph.

Step Three

Next, I turned down the brightness and turned up the contrast. This was so that the photograph would become darker and vivid.
Step Four
For my next step I adjusted the exposure. This lightened the image and brightened the main focus of the photograph which brings in the viewer's attention more.
Original Image
This is my original image before I started editing.
Again I chose to use portrait but I zoomed in on the model so the material was more in focus.
I chose a black background as it matches the model's top which makes the background blend into her top, focusing on the models head.
I like how the photograph is black and white as the material stands out more, it is lighter compared to the rest of the dark photograph.
