Original Image

For my first step I turned down the brightness and tuned up the contrast, this brightened the photograph more and darkened the texture and shadows.

For my second step I edited the exposure of the photograph, turning up all options.

This lightened the photograph quite an amount and darkened the background more to focus on the model.

I then adjusted the shadows and highlights using more options.

This darkened the shadows and brought out the texture in the photograph more by highlighting it.

I turned up the colour correction to add more colour and to tone some colours down. I also turned up the midtone contrast to darken the photograph.

For my last step I turned up the vibrance to brighten the texture on the model and turned down the saturation as some colours were too bright.

This is my original photograph and I like how I took it landscape because there is a lot of black background and that meant the model was more in focus.

I moved the model to the side of the photograph because I thought it looked interesting.
